Jonathan came out assed the issue with my HVAC system quickly and efficiently. He ordered the part and came out as soon as it was delivered and installed right away. He double checked all his work and made sure to explain everything to me, overall a very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with company. Jonathan has been amazing!! We were having trouble finding anyone who was able to help us with our BlueRidge minisplits, we had paid many other companies to help but they were all unsuccessful. He was able to come out and diagnose the issue quickly as we’re nearing winter and our tenant needs heating!! He’s now working on getting the part and fixing it as soon as possible. You can really tell this company cares about their customers and their needs, super professional and very nice as well! I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done with their heating/cooling system!

First time customer. Service was beyond expectations. They showed up on time with text/email notifications. They were very friendly and professional. Did a full service on my home boiler and gave me a printout of all the adjustments. Would highly recommend. I will be contacting them in the future.
They fixed my pipe that was broken that another company were supposed to do. I called JX PRO and they came and in 30 mins, 40 mins max it was fixed and that's with running to the store and back. Service was great, affordable, flexible, and done in a timely manner. Would 10 out 10 recommend!

I wanted to share my experience with the new installation of our heating unit. From the start the guys were very easy going and cordial. They understood the needs that we had and communicated any suggestions they had. Throughout the entire process they were very professional and maybe not many people say this but they were also very clean, neat and organized with their equipment and with the house. We will be looking to them for any future work with our hvac system.
