Yes! Single-system homes can enroll in the Elite Plan and still receive the full $250/year credit and higher service discounts.
No — the maximum credit is:
- $1,250 for Pro Elite (up to 5 years), or $1,500 if you're a member for 7+ years
- $500 for Pro Single System, or $750 after 7+ years
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your system needs. Just contact our team to make the change.
Both plans cover residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, furnaces, boiler, and heat pumps.
There’s no long-term contract required, and you can cancel anytime without penalty. However, certain benefits (like the system replacement credit) are tied to continuous membership.

No — we’ll contact you when it’s time to schedule your spring and/or fall appointments, so you never have to worry about missing them.

Savings & Credits
Pro Elite members receive $250 per year in credit toward the purchase of a new HVAC system. Caps at $1,500
Pro Single System members receive $100 per year. Credits accumulate annually and roll over each year as long as your membership stays active.
In most cases, yes — your 10% or 15% member discount stacks with many seasonal offers. Some exclusions may apply; ask for details when booking.
Plan Details
Yes! You can transfer your service plan to your new home, or even to the new homeowner if you're selling.
The Pro Elite Plan covers up to 3 systems. If your home has more, contact us — we can create a custom plan to meet your needs.
While repairs aren’t included for free, you get a 1-year parts & labor warranty on any covered repairs, plus a discount (10% or 15%) depending on your plan.
