Jonathan has been amazing!! We were having trouble finding anyone who was able to help us with our BlueRidge minisplits, we had paid many other companies to help but they were all unsuccessful. He was able to come out and diagnose the issue quickly as we’re nearing winter and our tenant needs heating!! He’s now working on getting the part and fixing it as soon as possible. You can really tell this company cares about their customers and their needs, super professional and very nice as well! I wanted to share my experience with the new installation of our heating unit. From the start the guys were very easy going and cordial. They understood the needs that we had and communicated any suggestions they had. Throughout the entire process they were very professional and maybe not many people say this but they were also very clean, neat and organized with their equipment and with the house.
